Beatles and Stones at 50, Part 3
Showtime: Sunday, August 12, 2012, 9:00 to 11pm or so, Eastern time @
Whatever music one appreciates today, all modern
sound branched off from what was created in the 1960s. The ultimate
trailblazers were the Beatles and Stones. They were beyond pop entertainment.
When the counter-culture and movements for social change were on the rise,
these bands were well-connected to such energy and had opened new doors for
countless people.
Now that both of these bands are marking 50
years, it seems completely fitting to acknowledge them in a spectacular manner.
This celebration, in at least two parts, will be unlike any from the corporate
entertainment industry.
Prepare for new information and a fantastic
music playlist.

Mick slayed on Saturday Night Live! The music
was great but they were also wise enough to showcase Mick’s acting talent. All
of his films were fantastic! The goofs on Tyler and Romney were priceless.
Great show! Rev. Bookburn – Lolo Radio
The reality is Ron Paul is no alternative to
the two big parties. He is racist, anti-choice, theocratic, a complete corporate
stooge, and only represents deeper decline for the top 1%. It’s sad that some
people in the pro-hemp and anti-war movements are fooled by him. Rev. Bookburn
